Who can use this service?

Anyone who lives in Ontario, Canada.

Can I transfer my prescriptions easy?

Yes, of course, we can easily transfer your prescriptions to our pharmacy or move them to a physical retail pharmacy of choice if requested. We operate the same as any traditional pharmacy location the only difference is we deliver your prescriptions in the mail.

Are you a real pharmacy?

Yes, we are registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and are a member of the following organizations:

Ontario College of Pharmacists

What time are you open for phone calls?

Will I have to sign for my package?

Yes, we need to make sure you are the one who receives your package.

Can I have narcotics delivered to me with this program?

Yes, we offer narcotics in this program. You will have to sign for the package and your doctor will need to call or fax us your prescription direct.

Can my doctor forward you my prescriptions?

Yes, we can receive prescriptions the same way your doctor sends them to your current pharmacy.

Will my package be private or unmarked?

Yes, we will send your prescriptions in a regular unmarked box or bubble mailer bag. Keeping your prescriptions discreet and private. We also use tamper-proof materials, so you have peace of mind.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We would like you to call us as soon as it arrives and we will discuss solutions to make sure you don’t fall behind on your medication intake.

How does pre-packaged MyEasyDose System work?

Our team takes all your medication and organizes it by time and date and places it into a specially sealed package. This is great because you will know if you forgot to take your medication and also what time to take certain kinds of medication. We take all the hard work and do it for you. All you need is water!

Can I add over the counter or vitamins to MyEasyDose System?

Yes, you can set this up initially, or you can call and add this later on or as you go. They can also be placed in our special sealed packaging system at your convenience. Since vitamins and OTC (over the counter) items are not covered by drug plans, they will need to be placed on a payment program. Please call us for more details 1-855-962-5198

Do you accept returns?

No, due to the nature of prescription medication we do not accept returns.

Do you accept ODB, Trillium or private medical coverage?

Yes, we accept all drug benefit programs offered in Ontario. Not all programs cover all medications, so its best to have your doctor prescribe you a medication that your plan covers. You can also call us anytime to ask us if a particular medication is covered under your plan. 1-855-962-5198

Do you accept OHIP+

Yes, we do as of January 1, 2018.

OHIP+ covers medication costs up to your 25th birthday.

Do you charge a co pay?

All co-pay or co-operative payments are assessed by your payer or drug plan provider. They are dependent on your contract or legislation or both. If you are unsure about this, we can try to help with the specifics of your plan. Please call us at 1-855-962-5198

Do I pay out of pocket for these medication?

As all insurance plans are different, you may be requested to pay a portion of the prescription.  Please call our toll free number to discuss your coverage. 1-855-962-5198

What is the dispensing fee?

A dispensing or professional fee is part of the total price of a prescription sold in Ontario. Our dispensing fee is $12.99 per prescription. This cost is passed on to your drug coverage/plan provider. Our fee helps cover the costs to organize and package your medication by time and date to make taking your medication easy for you. We also offer free shipping and discreet packaging.

Do I have to use the special packaging service you offer?

No, at special request we can send you normal prescription bottles for your pills. Some medication like nasal sprays won’t be able to be packaged in the MyEasyDose system they will come as you would normally get them.

Do you have access to my medical records form the hospital?

Yes, we are part of a program called ClinicalConnect that can access real-time hospital records if you need us to so we can fulfill your prescriptions.

What do you need from me to get started?

Full name, Date of birth, Phone number, Email address, Home address, Insurance, Name of Doctor and list of allergies.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Typically 1 – 3 business days.

How do refills work?

We work with your doctor and insurance directly to make refills as seamless as possible. If you do not want to receive a prescription any longer, then simply call us to cancel it. Note: We do not recommend cancelling prescriptions that your doctor has prescribed without proper consultation with your doctor.

Do you ship insulin?

Yes, we can fill insulin. Since insulin needs to be at controlled temperatures, we have special cold packaging and ship it with overnight express shipping. If your prescription plan does not cover testers or needles, please call up to set us a payment plan. 1-855-962-5198

Do you fill brand name or generic medications?

We can accommodate both brand name and generic. Typically most pharmacies fill generic brands unless a special request has been made to fill a name brand. If you would like a specific brand, please call us, and we will gladly help. 1-855-962-5198

Do you fill prescriptions two or three months out?

Typically no, we like to assist you better by having more control over your medications, dose changes and new medications you might be prescribed to. If you would like refill medications longer than one month at a time, please call us, and we can discuss this with you. 1-855-962-5198

Do you ship prescriptions for snowbirds, vacationers or out of town business professionals?

We only ship to Ontario, Canada Residents who are snowbirds, on business or long vacations and only visiting the USA, not living there. Please call us for more detailed information. 1-855-962-5198

Does my prescription come with directions?

Yes, each prescription comes with detailed directions. We can also schedule a phone call to go over your medications with you and answer any questions you may have. You may also receive a call or email randomly asking for a time to schedule a discussion for your medications. We like to make sure you are taking your medication properly.

What if my new prescription is urgent and time sensitive?

If you have been prescribed a medication that needs to be taken urgently, please go to your local pharmacy so you can start that medication as soon as possible. Short term refills are needed from time to time, and they need to be filled in a timely manner.

What if my doctor changes my dose close to a refill cycle?

Call us and also have your doctor fax, call or send us the updated info as soon as possible so we can make sure your new shipment has this new dose included. 1-855-962-5198

What if my package has been tampered with?

We use a tamperproof system on each package so you can easily identify if your package has been tampered with. If you suspect something is not right, please call us as soon as possible. 1-855-962-5198

How do I change my address?

You can call, fax or email us address changes. Also notify your doctor, insurer, and health card provider (Service Ontario) as well.

What if I am going on vacation or will be away for a period of time?

You can call us to arrange alternative delivery options. We can send you more medication than usual for a particular month so you will have enough until you return from vacation. We also may be able to ship to a secondary address as long as it is within Ontario, Canada and you will be present to sign for the package. We’re here to work with you in any situation you may have. Do you offer this program to youth under 16 years of age?

Yes, any youth under age 16 will need to have a parent or guardian fill out our consent form and mail or fax it to us to get them started in our program. Download here

Will it cost me for shipping?

No, currently we offer free shipping on all regular shipments. An additional shipping cost may incur on special overnight shipping requests, but in most cases, we will cover the cost of shipping. Please call us to discuss your special request. 1-855-962-5198

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes, we do deliver locally to the Windsor-Essex, Ontario, Canada residents. Our delivery is free of charge. Please call us to make sure you live in an area our delivery vehicles cover. 1-855-962-5198

Do you offer medical marijuana in your program?
